Nestled in the heart of Cedarburg’s shops and restaurants is The Lilly Pad, Boerners’ Guest House. Lilly Pad is a three-room tourist rooming house and has only had one previous owner since it was an original historic home in Cedarburg.
Built in 1847 the structure is a clapboard frame house, original wood floors, most likely from the timbers of the land it sits upon today. The Lilly Pad was renovated in the 1990’s when Adela Weber sold her family’s home and it was turned into an Inn. The Lilly Pad has been preserved as one of Cedarburg’s original homes.
All the rooms have queen size beds, whirlpool baths, private bathrooms with showers, streaming Roku/WiFi, refrigerators, microwaves, hair dryer, Keurig coffee makers, bluetooth alarm clock radio/charging station, and grab and go breakfast included. Two nicely sized rooms are on the first floor with gas fireplaces. One spacious room on the second floor with a quaint entry /sitting area.
As you stroll in front of the Lilly Pad, enter down the north side walkway to the private backdoor entrance. Guests will find the private backyard with a lovely garden and covered patio with gas firepit and seating, Also a lovely gazebo for relaxation.
The Boerners, owners of the Lilly Pad, would like to offer you the feeling of stepping back in time with the comforts of today.
