About Us

From our 1845 beginnings on the frozen Milwaukee River to our present facility at the Ozaukee County fairgrounds, we are the longest continually operating curling club in the United States.

Our curling club has five sheets of ice, a large viewing area, and bar room. The club has about 200 members, ranging in age from 5 to 85, demonstrating the inter-generational and lifelong nature of the sport.

Our season begins in mid-October with open houses and learn-to-curl classes for the public as well as open practice hours for members. Leagues also begin in October and continue until March, with some leagues permitting team changes at the ‘semester’ break in mid-January. In addition to leagues, MCC offers a variety of curling opportunities throughout the season for non-members, ranging from corporate gatherings to hosting high school extracurricular activities.
