About Us
I’m a licensed therapist in Wisconsin. I offer trauma-informed therapy for high-achieving adults and young people, neurodivergent clients, and families. Many are carrying the hidden weight of anxiety, over-responsibility, or a life transition that shifted the ground beneath them. I help people reconnect with emotional stability and self-trust, so resilience can emerge at home, at work, and within themselves.
