Third Fiber Arts Biennale: Keeping Warm opens at the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts on Dec. 7 and runs through March 11, 2018. Current Wisconsin residents or groups are invited to enter two handcrafted fiber pieces of art in this exhibit.
