Join Jacqueline Janz on this four-week introduction to mindfulness class. April 11-May 2, 6:30-7:30pm. In a group setting you will practice bringing awareness to different aspects of your attention and explore your thoughts and feelings. You will learn techniques to cultivate present moment attention to support emotional balance, foster intentional actions, and reduce stress. Space is limited, registration required.
