What better way to connect communities than a hike...Bridge the Divide and Jane's Walk MKE invite you to join us for a Naturalist led hike of Ozaukee County’s beautiful Lion's Den Gorge Nature Preserve. Trek the 100 foot bluff along the coast of Lake Michigan. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Springtime as we explore the bluff, woodlands and lake. We’ll wind through the series of staircases that lead through the Gorge down to the lake shore. Learn along the way about the beauty, majesty and history of our Great Lakes.
The hike will start at Lion’s Den Gorge County Park and follow an approximately three mile loop. There are shortcuts to get back to the parking lot, if necessary. We will enjoy the hike, rain or shine, so dress for the outdoors.
