Description
Gain an understanding of the more common forms of anxiety seen in children, adolescents, and adults. Learn the neuroscience underlying and driving these anxieties and the healthy practices we can teach our children, and adopt ourselves, to manage them. Facilitated by Dr. Nathanael Schwarz of North Shore Center, LLC. Free limited childcare is available (advanced registration required).
