Description
On Friday, Nov. 11, the Center will present a night of hot jazz with the Donna Woodall Group and Lou Menchaca’s Jazz Express Plus. With her unique blend of jazz, blues, soul, and pop, Donna Woodall presents lush, intimate vocals with every performance and has established herself as a talented singer, bandleader, and songwriter in the Milwaukee music scene. Lou Menchaca’s Jazz Express Plus will perform standard tunes and ballads from the traditional repertoire. Jazz Times comments, “These cats can really read a room and Lou places all the notes at the right spots.”
